When you book online, over the phone, or via email with SOHA Tourist, by signing our booking form, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement also applies on behalf of all members of your party.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between SOHA Tourist and its customers. Accessing our site implies acceptance of these terms, which are subject to change at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms for any changes.

1. Pricing:

  • All tour prices are in US Dollars and exclude a 10% VAT tax.

2. Included in Tour Packages:

  • Air-conditioned transportation.
  • Domestic flight, train, or speed boat tickets (if applicable).
  • Twin-share accommodation with daily breakfast, as per itinerary.
  • Meals and fully guided sightseeing, as specified in the itinerary.

3. Exclusions:

  • Airport transfers, unless specified.
  • Early/late hotel check-ins, unless stated.
  • International flights, unless mentioned.
  • Visa and visa arrangement fees.
  • Airport departure taxes.
  • Gratuities for staff, guides, drivers, and tour leaders.
  • Meals and beverages not listed in the itinerary.
  • Sightseeing activities not included in the itinerary.
  • Personal expenses (laundry, communication, etc.).

4. Payment:

  • Full payment is required for online bookings.
  • Prices are received by SOHA Tourist, excluding any banking or transaction fees.
  • PayPal is recommended for ease of refunds if a tour is canceled or modified.

5. Amendments, Cancellations, and Refunds:

  • 5.1 Amendments: Must be made at booking time. Subsequent changes incur additional fees plus any applicable cancellation fees. No amendments within 2 days of departure. No changes post travel commencement.
  • 5.2 Cancellation by Travelers: Varies from 50% to 100% of the tour price based on cancellation timeline.
  • 5.3 Cancellation by SOHA Tourist: Full refund for services not used. SOHA Tourist covers transaction fees but not personal expenses, non-refundable tickets, or medical costs.

6. Voucher:

  • Issued post booking confirmation and payment. Sent via email.

7. Liability and Insurance:

  • SOHA Tourist is not liable for loss, injury, or damage due to delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen factors.
  • Passengers must have full travel insurance.

8. Confirmation:

  • Confirmation typically within 2 working days via fax or email.

9. Group Tours:

  • Maximum of 10 persons per group.

10. SOHA Tourist Insurance:

  • Covers up to $2,500 US for injuries during motorbike tours.
