Itinerary

DAY 01: HA NOI – TUYEN QUANG – HA GIANG

Morning: SOHA GROUP car and tour guide pick you up at Noi Bai airport. Depart for Ha Giang and start Ha Giang adventure. You stop to rest and have lunch in Tuyen Quang.

Afternoon: Take pictures at Ham Yen tea hill, admire the majestic Lo river. Arrive in Ha Giang city, take souvenir photos at Km0 of Ha Giang.

DAY 02: HA GIANG – YEN MINH – DONG VAN – LUNG CU

Morning: Have breakfast and check out of the hotel.

7h00: Depart for Dong Van Stone Plateau – Discover the wild, majestic beauty of the Northeastern mountains and forests such as: 

• Quan Ba ​​Heaven Gate overlooks the entire Tam Son town, Quan Ba ​​commune, stops to visit and take souvenir photos at Doi Mountain (Fairy Mountain)
• Visit Pho Cao with typical H’mong houses surrounded by stone fences.
• Visit Sung La village and visit the ancient house of the H’mong people with earthen walls – the place that was used as a setting to film the 2006 film “Pao’s Story” by director Ngo Quang Hai.

Noon: Stop to rest and take pictures of buckwheat flowers near the nine-turn slope.

Afternoon: Lung Cu Flagpole – the northernmost point of the country, the point with the highest latitude on the map of Vietnam.

• The Meo King Palace – Vuong Chinh Duc is located in a valley of Sa Phin commune.

Evening: Free to explore Dong Van at night.

DAY 03: DONG VAN – MEO VAC – CAO BANG – PAC BO

Morning: Have breakfast and check out of hotel.

• Depart to conquer Ma Pi Leng Pass on the way to Meo Vac, which is also the most beautiful section on the road named “Happiness Road”.
• Cruise on Nho Que River: Take a boat down the Nho Que River to Tu San Gorge, the deepest canyon in Vietnam located on the Nho Que River. (Nho Que River boat ticket fee is not included)

Noon: Lunch at local restaurant.

Afternoon: Continue to Cao Bang. Arrive in Pac Bo, visit Pac Bo Historical Site.

• The group took souvenir photos at Lenin Stream – Karl Marx Mountain, visited Coc Bo Cave.

Evening: Have dinner at the restaurant and explore Cao Bang at night.

DAY 04: CAO BANG – BAN GIOC WATERFALL – BA BE LAKE

Morning: Breakfast, check out hotel.

• Ban Gioc Waterfall: 53m high, divided into 3 levels, considered the most beautiful waterfall in Vietnam and the largest waterfall in Southeast Asia.
• Nguom Ngao Cave (Tiger Cave): one of the most beautiful caves not only in Cao Bang but also in the North.

Noon: Eat at restaurant.

Afternoon: Depart for Ba Be Lake, enjoy the beautiful and peaceful scenery of the northern mountainous countryside, check in, have dinner, and rest.

Evening: You stay overnight in Ba Be.

DAY 05: BA BE LAKE – NOI BAI

Morning: Have breakfast, go to the pier and take a boat to visit Ba Be Lake:

• Fairy Pond: Fairy Pond is located in the corner of Ba Be Lake, a small lake nestled between a mountain rising above the lake.
• An Ma Temple: The temple is located on a small mountain in the middle of the lake.
• Widow Island – a small, pretty island located right in the center of the Lake, associated with the story of the Lake’s formation.

Noon: The car takes you to Noi Bai airport, says goodbye to the group and see you again (Flight takes off after 18:00).
